Constructional Material Adhesion Method

Special Features of Constructional Material Adhesion Method

- Easy Welder is used for gluing constructional materials or finishes to the skeletal structure of a building at construction sites, remodeling sites, or interior work; it can be used on floors, walls, and ceilings by utilizing specially customized metal fasteners or aluminum tape.

- The Applicator for Easy Welder shoots electromagnetic waves through construction materials by means of electromagnetic induction heating, and it dissolves the hot-melt on the surface of metallic supplements or tape and fuses it quickly. This method is also used for easy removal as well.

Advantages in Constructional Material Adhesion Method

1. No damages on the surface of materials, thanks to no use of screws or staples.
2. Eco-friendly and safe for the user, with no harmful adhesives.
3. Can be used for a wide range of materials, like metals, woods, glass, or plastics.
4. Quick, with no need for warm-up, gluing in a few seconds.
5. No noise or vibration, no restriction on time or space for the work.
6. Can be used in temperatures below freezing, or in high humidity.
7. Easy recycling and re-doing, thanks to easy removal.
8. New construction technique enabling reduction of pollutants and noise, quick work progress,
8. and recycling of used materials.

Caution when gluing

1. Heating Time shortened

The heated material can also generate heat, making an external heat conductor unnecessary, and thus shortening the time.

2. Evenly Heated

The difference in temperature between the inside and the outside is minimal, and although water vapor is contained, it is heated and dried evenly.

3. High-efficiency in heating

It does not emit heat with high thermal efficiency, but it concentrates electromagnetic energy on the necessary point. Therefore, it can be said to have a high-efficiency in heating, and localization of energy is possible.

4. Heating in Vacuum Condition

It can be heated in a vacuum condition.
